Clayre is not yet available. These terms cover this pre-launch website and the waitlist only. The product will carry its own terms of service before launch.

This site. This website describes a product in development by Albemarle Studio. Features, scope, timing, and pricing described here are subject to change and are not a commitment.

The waitlist. Joining the waitlist signs you up for product updates and early-access consideration. It is not a purchase, a contract, or a guarantee of access. Only add your own email address, or one you are authorised to add.

Intellectual property. The Clayre name, the wordmark and logo, and the text and design of this site belong to Albemarle Studio. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

Acceptable use. Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or break the site or the waitlist form, and don’t submit other people’s details without their consent.

No warranty. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Because Clayre isn’t released, nothing here is a service being offered for sale, and to the extent the law allows, Albemarle Studio isn’t liable for any loss arising from use of this pre-launch site. When the product launches it will carry its own terms of service.

Changes. We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The current version always lives at this page.
