Privacy
Clayre is in development. This policy covers the pre-launch website and waitlist: the only personal data we handle right now is the email you give us. The product will carry its own full privacy policy before launch.
What we collect. When you join the waitlist we store the email address you submit, the date and time you submitted it, and a note of where it came from (this website). Nothing else. We don’t ask for a name, we don’t take payment, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider records standard technical request logs (such as IP address) for security and reliability, as any website does.
How we use it. To send you occasional product updates as we build Clayre and to let you in early when it opens. That is the only use. We do not sell, rent, or share your email for anyone else’s marketing.
Who processes it. We use a small number of service providers who handle the data on our behalf: Supabase stores the waitlist (database hosted in the EU), Resend delivers our emails, and Vercel hosts the website. Each only processes what is needed to provide their service.
Where it’s stored. The waitlist database is hosted in the European Union.
How long we keep it. Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose around launch, whichever comes first.
Your choices. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe. You can also ask us to confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time by emailing hello@tryclayre.com. Because we collect your email only with your consent, you can withdraw that consent whenever you like.
When Clayre launches. The product is built so your marketing data, brand context, and outputs live in accounts and tools you own. A complete product privacy policy will be published before any paid use.
